Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had better rooms in terms of cleanliness and appearance compared to the rest of the property, but they were very small and located by the elevator and stairs, though the bed was stable. The location was terrific, being only two streets away from a workshop venue and offering a superb proximity to restaurants, a gallery, and a view of the Anzac Day March from the balcony. The dining experience was simple but ample, while the buffet was of poor quality and cost extra. Some facilities were available within walking distance. Value for money varied across different aspects of the stay.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean but felt dated, yet they were better maintained than the rest of the property. The service was decent, though nothing exceptional. The location was the best feature, being within walking distance of various attractions. Dining options were both good and subpar, depending on what was ordered.
The hotel has a great central location in Bendigo, making it easy to explore the town on foot and enjoy the nearby cafes and restaurants. The rooms are nicely appointed, but some noise from the street and the bathroom could use some improvement. The dining options are generous, although there's room to enhance the experience with more variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff.
